Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how the urbaniagent.rs website uses cookies and similar technologies.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which contains additional information about how Urbani Agent processes personal data.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small files or pieces of data that may be stored on your device when you visit a website.

In addition to traditional cookies, the website may also use similar technologies, such as localStorage and browser session data. For simplicity, we refer to all of these technologies as “cookies” in this Policy.

Cookies may be used, among other things, to:

  • ensure the proper and secure operation of the website;
  • remember your choices and preferences;
  • enable certain website functionalities;
  • analyse website usage;
  • support marketing and advertising.

We do not use all of the categories listed above.

2. How We Currently Use Cookies

At the time of the latest update of this Policy, the website primarily uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for:

  • website operation and security;
  • protection of forms against misuse;
  • remembering your cookie preferences;
  • certain functionalities that you choose to activate.

With your consent we use marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure the performance of our advertising. Google Analytics 4 is not currently active; if we activate it, analytics cookies will be set only with your consent. You can switch off all optional cookies at any time through Cookie Settings.

Technologies that require consent remain disabled until you select the relevant cookie category.

3. Categories of Cookies

We use the following categories:

Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the basic operation and security of the website or for storing your privacy preferences.

Without them, certain basic website functions may not operate properly.

Separate consent is not required for necessary cookies where the applicable legal requirements for their use are met.

Functional Cookies

These cookies allow the website to remember certain preferences and provide additional functionality, such as:

  • remembering whether the introductory animation has already been displayed;
  • language preferences;
  • certain user settings.

Functional cookies that are not technically necessary are activated only if you allow them.

Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies may be used to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics 4 is not currently active. If we activate it, this service provided by Google Ireland Limited will show us, in aggregated and pseudonymised form, how many visitors come to the website, which pages they view and how they move through the site.

Analytics cookies will remain disabled by default and will be set only if you consent to analytics.

Marketing Cookies

Marketing cookies may be used to track users across different pages or services for campaign measurement and more relevant advertising.

In this category we use the Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. These cookies record actions taken on the website, such as submitting an inquiry, so that we can measure advertising performance on Facebook and Instagram and show more relevant ads.

Marketing cookies are set only with your consent and remain disabled if you do not accept this category.

The names, technical storage methods or duration of individual items may change as a result of website updates or changes made by third-party service providers.

We will update this table when relevant changes occur.

5. Third-Party Services

Certain website functionalities use technology services provided by third parties.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags on the website. This service does not set tracking cookies by itself and is loaded only after the relevant consent has been given.

Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and show more relevant ads. For confirmed inquiries we also use the Meta Conversions API; further information about the data processed in that case is provided in our Privacy Policy. Both technologies require marketing consent.

Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect website forms against automated submissions, bots and other forms of misuse.

Certain technical and security information may be processed as necessary to verify requests and provide this protection.

Mux

We use Mux for hosting and playing certain video content.

Certain technical processing may begin when a user activates a video or interacts with the video player.

More information about data processing by our technology service providers is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. International Data Transfers

Some of the technology service providers we use operate internationally, which means that certain processing may involve the transfer of data outside the Republic of Serbia.

Where such processing constitutes an international transfer of personal data, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

7. How You Can Manage Cookies

When you first visit the website, you can manage categories of cookies that are not necessary.

Depending on the available options, you may:

  • accept optional cookie categories;
  • reject cookies that are not necessary;
  • individually select the categories you wish to allow.

You can subsequently change your preferences through the Cookie Settings option available on the website.

Withdrawing consent should be as easy as giving it.

Rejecting cookies that are not necessary will not prevent you from accessing the basic content of the website.

You may also view, restrict or delete cookies through the settings of the internet browser you use.

8. Legal Basis

In accordance with the applicable electronic communications legislation of the Republic of Serbia, storing information or accessing information stored on a user's device generally requires the user's prior consent after clear and complete information has been provided.

An exception may apply where storage or access is technically necessary for the transmission of communication or for providing a service expressly requested by the user.

Accordingly:

  • necessary cookies may be active where the applicable legal exception applies;
  • optional functional, analytics and marketing cookies are activated only with the appropriate user consent.

9. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, particularly when:

  • new website functionalities are introduced;
  • technology service providers are changed;
  • new types of cookies are introduced;
  • the way existing cookies are used changes;
  • applicable legal requirements change.

The current version will always be available on this page together with the date of the latest update.
